FARGO Prosecutors filed a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangerment Wednesday, Aug. 4, in Cass County District Court against a Fargo pawn shop worker who fired a gun at a fleeing robbery suspect s vehicle in June.
Kyle Mac Ramsey, 56, of Fargo, is accused in a court complaint of firing multiple times at a car driven by Hunter D. Havisto while the car Havisto was speeding away in the parking lot of a Mister Money pawnshop near a busy roadway with customers of the business present at the time the shots were fired.
