Barbados’ exciting teenage forward Thierry Gale registered yet another milestone as he scored on debut recently for Budapest Honved Football Club in the Hungarian Premier League.
Even though it was a bittersweet moment for the 18-year-old Barbadian as his team lost 2-1 to Mezokovesd Football Club, Gale was however elated about his goal scored in the 86th minute.
Speaking with
Barbados TODAY, Gale said: “I am very excited about scoring on debut but we lost the game so I wasn’t thinking about it too much. We have a lot of matches in hand so hopefully, we will bounce back.”
