HUDSON A road that served as a main point of concern for neighbors will be removed from plans for a Hudson Physicians clinic.Â
The Hudson Plan Commission recommended removal of the road as it gave its approval of the siteâs concept plan and preliminary plat.Â
Hudson Physicians is planning to build a 3-story facility with medical offices and outpatient services on Hillcrest Drive, east of Carmichael Road.Â
During the zoning process, neighbors expressed concerns over the proposed road, and the impact it would have on buffering and traffic in the area. Beyond the road, the neighbors had additional concerns about buffering, light pollution, traffic and impact on the value of their properties and their ability to enjoy them.Â

HUDSON The Hudson Plan Commission approved recommending rezoning of three parcels of land for a proposed Hudson Physicians medical center.
The land east of Carmichael Road and north of Interstate 94 was recently annexed from the town of Hudson.
Hudson Physicians is proposing a three-story, 160,000 square foot building.
The question of rezoning the land from agricultural to general commercial and amending the comprehensive plan will now go to the common council for approval.
