Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public s assistance locating Carlos Joel Vasquez Vasquez. Authorities say he has also been charged with Sexual Assault Proh/Deviate. Vasquez is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’07 to 5’09 tall, 150-170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. A warrant was active as of May 4, 2021, according to Crime Stoppers.
