Houston Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Property and Financial Crimes Division are urgently seeking public assistance to identify two suspects involved in felony theft (shoplifting) at a business in the 8600 block of Westheimer Road on Monday, Dec. 4, 2023.
