Chef Mouin Al Najjad meanwhile is the new sous chef at Bait Al Nakhla, the hotel s recently-opened Arabic dining venue. Specialising in Arabic cuisine, Najjad will lead Bait Al Nakhla s kitchen team and ensure authentic Middle Eastern flair and flavours in every dish.
Chef Nrupen Pottavatri has been with The Retreat Palm Dubai since November 2017, starting out as sous chef. He was promoted to the role of executive sous chef after eight months, and was eventually named as executive chef.
Making a name for himself in UK hospitality, Craddock now finds himself in Dubai. He was previously at luxury, family-owned hotel group The Doyle Collection overseeing restaurant & bar marketing across five properties in London, Dublin and Washington DC.
Described by his new hotel as a globetrotter, Wolff has worked across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. He has worked for the likes of W Maldives, W Doha, Hotel Indigo Bali, Hotel Indigo Dubai and Crowne Plaza Riyadh in a range of culinary positions, later elevating to leadership positions.
