Tonight the fbi says it foiled an alleged Christmas Day terror plot to kill americans at one of the countrys favorite tourist destinations right along the San Francisco bay. Reporter the fbi says the man talked about attacking San Franciscos pier 39, a popular tourist attraction, on Christmas Day.
