POKHARA, May 21: The government has announced that 2080 BS will mark the beginning of 'Nepal Tourism Decade' and 2025 as 'Special Tourism Year'. Presenting the policies and programs for the upcoming financial year, President Ram Chandra Paudel announced the Nepal Tourism Decade and Special Tourism Year.

KATHMANDU, April 16: It has been 70 years since the highest peak of the world, Sagarmatha, was climbed by humans. Tenzing Norgay Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hillary were atop the Sagarmatha, Mt Everest, on May 29, 1953.
KATHMANDU, April 3: Nepal Tourism Promotion (NTP) Multimedia Group, along with the support of Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), is going to organize Nepal Tourism Festival in Basantpur, Kathmandu on the occasion of Nepal New Year. The festival will be held on April 14-15.
