Kevin Cuatlacuatl, 19, stabbed Anthony D’Onofrio to death and sliced another man in the head, but he needed medical treatment himself after the brawl between about 10 men early Saturday in the middle of a blizzard outside Catrinas Mexican Grill on in Bay Ridge.
