The Manchester Fire Department elected their leadership for the next two years on Monday, February 5 with a number of officers returning to their post. Most seasoned among them is Fire Chief Chris Towslee, who has been with the MFD since 1978 and previously served as chief between 1999 and 2003. Longtime MFD volunteer Mike Bushee is the department’s newest officer, having been elected to the role of hose captain on Monday night.
