HOPE, AR - June 14, 2023 - In a special election scheduled for August 8, 2023, Hope Public Schools is proposing a 12 mill increase to fund facility upgrades and competitive employee compensation.
The Hope Public Schools have announced they are seeking a millage increase of 12 mills in an election set for August 8th. The Hope Millage is currently 34.7 mills which is one of the lowest rates in the area. Currently, Hope is 200th out of 225 districts statewide in the number of assessed mills.
