Mr. Kennedy a radio wave is nothing more than electromagnetic radiation moving through the air. Thats all a radio wave is. Think of it as a imagine a pond, and think of a radio wave as a ripple or wave in that pond. This morning. Join the discussion. Congressman sean duffy recently announced he would retire from congress effective monday. He is retiring in preparation for the birth of his ninth child, who is scheduled to be born in late october. He and his wife have been told the baby will have health problems. Congressman duffy gave his Farewell Speech thursday evening and was joined in the chamber by members of his family. It is a unique and cool wellng to stand in this and hold on to this podium for the last time. What an honor it is to serve in this house and stand in this chamber. I want to take a moment as i give my last address to the constituents, my who i have put so much faith in me, that they would give me the opportunity, a guy from smalltown wisconsin who had a big family and grew up doing lumberjack sports, would give me the opportunity to come here and represent them.
