We can zoom in a bit and we have been keeping an eye on a couple, they appear to be hovering around liquid there so they have food, water, and shelter with the debris fields antidumping area nextdoor, grows as well as the rat population. People are concerned about the apparent lack of accountability for the state agents e came out a debris pile on the property beneath the elevated section of the freeway in downtown san jose, the rats appear to be badly injured or diseased as it shuffled around a homeless camp nearby, the fact it came out in the daytime is a bigger concern for Santa Clara County control officers.
