Best known for playing the mischievous Fred Weasley in the blockbuster Harry Potter film series, Phelps is a fairly new biker, having got the bug from briefly riding the now world-famous sidecar outfit on the film set, and then being convinced by the Nod hosts to get his licence while partaking in their fundraising paddleboarding epic down the Thames last year.
And being a twin, he couldn’t leave his brother out, so he dragged his twin along to do his test, too.
