The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) has congratulated the Government and People of Guyana on the country’s Fifty-fifth Anniversary of Independence.
CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque in a congratulatory Message to Guyana’s President Guyana, His Excellency Dr Mohamed Irfaan Ali, lauded the country’s pivotal role in shaping the regional integration movement.
