The Hillsboro Indians cross-country teams traveled to the Fayette County YMCA to compete in the Washington Court House Blue Lion Invitational on Sept. 30 and came away with several individual and team awards.
It was standing room only Monday, Sept. 18 at the Hillsboro City Schools Board of Education meeting, where district superintendent Tim Davis recognized 15 students who received one or more perfect scores on the 2023 Ohio state assessment tests.
The Hillsboro Indians cross-country teams traveled to Cedarville University on Sept. 16 to participate in the Cedarville Friendship Invitational, with the varsity girls placing second overall and the boys team finishing ninth. The Hillsboro Middle School boys team also earned a fifth-place finish.
The 2022-23 Ohio School Report Cards were released Thursday, including yet another new “star rating system” for schools in Highland County and across the state.
