Blackman High School’s creative PSA-style videos have won the school a “beautification donation” from the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Of 55 entries received statewide, Blackman students contributed the most videos to the competition. “While most children and young adults know that littering is wrong, we aim to educate them on the full extent of litter’s impact on roadway safety, our waterways, and on wildlife,” said Denise Baker, transpor .
