We have the author of an incredibly important book here, rosemary gibson. Her book is the topic of a dramatic shift in where our madisons come from. China looks at the position as a pharmacy of the world. I think any of us in the Public Health profession have been unaware of the shift. We may notice on time but there are shortages and contamination issues and other problems but i think that it is we have not been aware there is a systematic issue, a major change in the system for manufacturing pharmaceuticals.
