Really a god send. The city says it will have dumpsters in all three of the areas inundated by floodwaters. Some of the people who have been allowed to return to their homes include residents who live at this Apartment Building at 12th and keys. This is what it looked like on tuesday. People who live in the River Bend Mobile Home Park are also being allowed to go back home now. The hardest hit area was the rock springs neighborhood.
