The Orange Board of Finance has recommended a $80.25 million budget for the 2023-24 fiscal year – an increase of about $1.88 million over current spending.
Funeral services for Gavin Johnson, 14, of Killdeer, will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at the High Plains Community Center in Killdeer. Burial will follow at the Killdeer Cemetery.
