The events of the night of the shooting, shortly after the audience ran out. Thats going to conclude the town hall. The meeting was cut short. Prior to the ruckus, the chief was describing the reasons 24yearold brown was being investigated by police. The chief says she was driving a stolen car. Ms. Brown had two felony warrants. And found the plates. Two other plates were on the vehicle. E motions were runs emotions were running high. [ yelling ] one woman who was there at the scene spoke up about how scared she was. She said that her car was ramped by brown on the night of the shooting. She was using the car as a weapon and thank god people werent injured just cars, but she it all happened so fast, and yes i was also scared when i heard the gunshots.
