Dom Joly is an English comedian who used to do a “hidden camera” sketch, about 20 years ago, where he’d walk around in public, toting a comically massive mobile phone, and have very loud conversations in public places like libraries or parks. It was funny. Also, he had a great rockabilly-style quiff. That’s about all I knew about him until opening this book.
