His daughter tells me the altercation happened here, as herman and his wife were driving home from bible stud pulling into this alley, behind their house near 23rd and capitol. She says some young men were blocking the entrance to the alley. Herman got out of his truck to confront themand some sort of argument ensued. Herman thought he had been punche but when he got back in his truck, and closer to homehe realized he was bleedingand had actually been stabbed. His wife called for help. He died at the hospitalleaving behind his wife of more than 50 years. Three children. And dozens of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Were told a man in his 20s was shot inside a home. After being shot he ran away. And ended up collapsing at the intersection of 35th and vienna. Thats where he died. Its still unclear shooting. Police say they are working to identify a suspect. Happening now Milwaukee Police are searching for two critical missing men and theyre asking for the publics help in finding them.
