LIVINGSTON COUNTY A Kansas man was injured in an accident just after 9:30a.m. Tuesday in Livingston County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Ford F150 driven by Gary L. Asher, 79, Eudora, was westbound on MO 190 three miles east of Lock Springs.The pickup traveled off the right side of the road and the driver overcorrected. The vehicle returned to the road, traveled off the left side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned.A private vehicle transported Asher to Hedrick Medical Center. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.

LIVINGSTON COUNTY A Missouri boy was injured in an accident just before 8:30a.m. Saturday in Livingston County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Chevy Silverado driven by Cliff D. Wilson, 41, Chillicothe, was eastbound on Route K attempting a left turn onto northbound Route V.The driver failed to yield. The front right of a westbound 2002 Honda 420 4-wheeler ATV driven by a 12-year-old Chula boy struck the passenger side of the pickup. The boy was ejected onto the the westbound lanes of Route V.A private vehicle transported the boy to Hedrick Medical Center. Wilson was properly restrained and not injured, according to the MSHP.

CALDWELL COUNTY Two people were injured in an accident just after 11:30p.m. Friday in Caldwell County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Polaris Ranger UTV driven by Isaac T. Evans, 20, Hamilton, was southbound on NE Nettleton Road just north of Ridgeway Drive three miles southeast of Hamilton.The driver failed to negotiate a curve in the road and the passenger grabbed the steering wheel. The UTV traveled off the road and overturned. The driver and passenger were ejected.Life Flight transported Evans to Truman Medical Center. A private vehicle transported the passenger identified as Chastin R. Bowen, 18, Hamilton, to Hedrick Medical Center. They were not wearing helmets, according to the MSHP.
