She said she did inform the governor about a traffic study that would close lanes along the George Washington bridge. Kelly says she told him a month before the closures began back in 2013. The path of destruction stretched 150 miles, and now pennsylvanias governor is calling in the National Guard to help with the recovery. A 65yearold man died after this tree fell on his home in clinton county. He was on a ladder when the tree came down. It knocked him to the ground, then landed on him. Officials have declared a disaster emergency in sullivan county. A number of roads are closed. Some nearly destroyed. Fastmoving floodwaters washed away at least two homes and several cabins. Flooding is also a major issue in lie combing county where water isnt just outside but also inside homes and buildings. Many residents were evacuated around 5 00 this morning.
