Interpretation is spoken and translation is written document of replacement of written text from one language to another language. These are completely different skills but are small staffed and actually perform both of these functions and all of our staff must have a College Degree in order to understand termination and complex and have to be competent in both languages and all of our interpreters have to be certified interpreters and in addition they go through Extensive Research and preparation for every single meeting and document so they understand what they are interpreting. Our goal is to create ways for the vulnerable and under served communities and residents to participate in meaningful way.
