趙少康表示，現在政府透過各種標案與預算養網軍已經不是祕密，「長期在網路論壇PTT帶風向打擊異己，甚至多次被抓包發文自導自演。現在更是完全不演了，直接將政治髒手伸入Dcard，施壓管理員刪除特定文章及帳號，消滅反對聲量，粗暴進行言論審查。」
趙少康指出，政府只要施政不力遭民意反彈，第一時間定是下令查假訊息，「接著就會有人被警方『查水表』或開罰，在社會營造箝制言論的恐怖氣氛，就是要徹底杜絕反對聲音。可笑的是，最會散布假消息的不是別人，就是民進黨自己，透過中央廚房產製梗圖，斷章取義或提供錯誤資訊讓側翼大量轉發，誤導民眾視聽。」
此外，日前有網友在PTT發文評論疫苗採購政策，遭到警方以《社維法》送辦，法官認定網友是因看到政論節目討論才有感而發，並無故意、誤導，也不足以影響公共安寧�
