Represents the San Francisco Police Officers has filed a lawsuit against the city to stop what he calls unfair practices and actions by the Police Commission. The suit was filed tuesday ahead of last night position to implement changes to the use of force policy. Quibec this is all the result of a long running and contentious debate in San Francisco. Last night at city hall members of the Police Commission approved two major changes to the department the use of force policy. The officers were sitting inside of the stark bucks near lincoln road and state 80 in vallejo. The man walked up, he was armed with an assault rifle. He was wearing body armor. He came up to the front door of the coffee shop. He pipted lt pointed the gun at thes officers but when he fired the weapon something jammed. We are presuming that it was a malfunction in the weapon. The weapon was leveled at them when he was doing this. Reporter authorities said the officers chased him from the starbucks and they opened fire on him a block away when he continued to pose a threat to the officers and the public at large.
