The Council : agreed to amend the City of Olney Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2021 for capital expenditures : approved the Fiscal Year 2022 Annual Budget as presented : held a public hearing on the possible closure of the CSX Linn Street railroad crossing, but no action after a citizen’s petition was submitted to the Council opposing the closure : adopted a resolution for the City of Olney’s MFT Street Program : held a public hearing for a taxicab license request and then after discussion later approved the license request : agreed to seek out options to save the historical fountain in the Olney City Park : discussed, but took no action on boating regulations on East Fork Lake : approved a Class S Liquor License for a one night event at The Fireside and the related closure of Whittle Avenue on May 22nd, 2021 : approved the re-appointmen
