Er was niemand die mij aan het handje meenam. Ik ontdekte zelf in 2016 dat ik een lactose intolerantie heb. Je leven staat dan op zijn kop. Je lichaam heeft als het ware de oorlog verklaard aan melk. Dat betekent dat je melkproducten en melkbestanddelen uit je dagelijkse eten en drinken zult moeten schrappen. Je moet ineens bij alles twee keer extra goed nadenken, zoals bij het uit eten gaan in een restaurant, boodschappen doen, thuis lactosevrij koken, bij vrienden en familie eten en als je op vakantie gaat.
