DOW An American bald eagle is ready to be released back to the wild after undergoing two months of rehabilitation.
Having the release at the start of the new year is the Treehouse Wildlife Center’s way of encouraging hope for the future.
“We’re very hopeful that this is a good sign,” said Kelly Vandersand, fundraising coordinator for the center. “It’s a good sign for the center and the nation.”
