Puppets dressed as all of the things that make New London a unique community were on full display during a seasonal celebration through the town's streets on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023.
The first annual HarvestFest Puppet Parade will take to the New London streets at 11 a.m. Sept. 23, to celebrate the New London community and the change of the season.
