Higher education minister Blade Nzimande has expressed his displeasure at the Pretoria high court ordering him to withdraw his notice of intention to place the University of South Africa under administration.
The application by the Legal Practice Council to declare disbarred advocate Malesela Teffo in contempt of court was postponed indefinitely by the Pretoria high court on Tuesday.
The Legal Practice Council had asked that Malesela Teffo be found guilty of contempt of court for continuing to practice as an advocate, despite being struck from the roll.
