Liberia Motorcycle Transport Union (LMTU) has revealed that the formulation of one national federation for all cyclists will help to properly coordinate and regulate the day-to-day affairs of cyclists across the country.
He said there are ten (10) unions that run the day to day activities of the cyclists, but there has not been any fruitful coordination for them; therefore, they are contemplating on forming one national federation that will guide and regulate cyclists so that funds generated can be used to conduct training and other programs for them.
âOne of our challenges is the multiplicity of unions that has made us handicapped to do anything. We have not been able to carry out regulations that will bring about the real change that we want to see among the cyclist,â
