MARQUETTE, MICH. It’s hard to beat Marquette’s outdoor adventure possibilities any time of year, but especially in winter.
As one of the nation’s snowiest cities east of the Rocky Mountains, Marquette is a great place to fall in love with all the classic winter activities skiing, snowshoeing, winter hiking while also being wowed by some of the more unique ones, like luging, dog sledding, and even winter surfing.
