Brooks Houck, 41, has been arrested by the FBI and the Kentucky State Police on charges of murder and tampering with physical evidence in the 2015 disappearance of his girlfriend, Crystal Rogers.
Now charged with domestic abuse assault – third or subsequent offense, a Class D felony, and operating a vehicle without the owner s consent, an aggravated misdemeanor, 38-year-old Luke David Sears
