KOTA KINABALU: Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) is grappling with the problem of individuals who signed up as members in more than one of the coalition’s seven component parties.
In the November 1999 federal election, PBS only managed 3 parliamentary seats, a far cry from the 8 seats that it won in 1995 and 14 in 1990. The 3 seats were in Bandau (Dr Max), Tanjong Aru (Dr Yee Moh Chai) and Tan Sri Pairin (Keningau). The trio was seen as the Flagship Carrier of PBS.
