twister until a group of students decided to ask for help from one of country music s biggest acts, lady antebellum. the band was already hosting a contest to play at a high school prom, a contest perfect for ravaged henryville high. so they submitted a youtube video asking the band to save their prom and it worked. it s kind of a once in a lifetime thing for us. it s going to be really fun. reporter: the band says it chose henryville not only because of what they ve been through but because of the selflessness of other schools across the country who sent videos on henryville s behalf. we love you lady antebellum but we love henryville high school even more. we d go through the videos and just see these other high schools talking about the devastation in henryville. we knew it was bad but to see them move in there was very moving lady antebellum couldn t play on the actual prom date but is making up for it with a free concert tonight at the nearby louisville arena.
