A woman in her 40s hit and killed a woman walking her dog. She was out in the middle of the day taking her dog for a walk. The truck hit the curb and flew into the water. The driver is fine. The 40yearold driver has a few minor injuries. That woman was killed. She was a 65yearold woman. The dog survived. She was walking with a friend of hers who was just a few steps behind her.
