Dubai Investments Fujairah tower nearing completion
DUBAI, January 31, 2021 Al Taif Investment, a joint venture between Dubai Investments and Fujairah Investment Establishment, said work on its AED 470 million ($128 million) mixed-use landmark project, Al Taif Business Centre, is nearing completion. Dubai Investments said the final touches on the fit-outs was progressing steadily and the offices and the mall works are likely to be completed in the first quarter. The project, spread across two towers of 19 floors each, comprises the mall and the office tower and the hotel and hotel apartments tower. Al Taif Mall, the G+2 level shopping mall, is spread across both the towers and is equipped with the basement and a retail area comprising of 45 retail outlets including a supermarket in core and shell set-up, food outlets, restaurants with outdoor terrace facility and an addition of 12 stores located in the basement to be used by the retail tenants as a co
