11:15, people were having breakfast or starting for early lunch or beating the crowds. you can ask my constituents and neighbors about the traffic going into the mall on a saturday. it s a very different traffic pattern than many a day because there are many people who do in fact use the columbia mall. all right. yes, ma am, go ahead, finish your point. i was simply going to say so i would expect that this would be no different saturday morning than most and that in fact there really were a lot of folks there. just because the other thing about the mall is there are personal services that people do. there s haircutters, there s the eyeglasses store, and then there s the opportunity to, you know, to shop on a saturday when you ve worked all week. ma am, have you all had like or had anything like this in your community, even scares if you will? but i ask that because we have been hearing from the police chief saying that you all
