Chalfont Habitat ReStore is relocating to Warminster and doubling its size to become one of the largest in the country, store officials announced Monday.
The store, run by Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, will be moving its offices and relocating to 539 Jacksonville Road in Warminster. A grand opening for the new 40,000-square-foot store is slated for early summer 2021.
The Habitat for Humanity ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used building materials, appliances, furniture, and home accessories at a fraction of the retail price. Habitat ReStores help build homes and communities locally and around the world by raising money to support the mission of Habitat for Humanity and diverting tons of reusable materials from landfills. There are over 900 restores across the country.
