Government is trying to introduce nano fertiliser and give focus on natural and organic farming by ways of intervening with technologies, says Manipur Agriculture minister.
Stating that development has to be started from the individual level with a mindset of reform, performance and transformation, Biswajit said, "If the locals don't act, there will be no development."
The Manipur Power Minister sought suggestions from the senior citizens and experts, so that the government can take up steps for uplifting the culture of Manipur.
