The enforcement wing of the department of town and country planning (DTCP) has written to the police, seeking registration of FIRs against developers of 10 illegal colonies that were built on agricultural land without taking mandatory permission from competent authorities. The department will also write to the revenue department to recover the expenses incurred on the demolition drives from the land owners.
According to documents accessed through CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, the acquisition of as done in November last year and the executive has paid Rs 6.95 crore stamp duty for the transaction.
DLF directly or through its affiliates, intends to acquire overall rights and interest in land parcel admeasuring ~29 acres having estimated development potential of upto 7.5 million sq ft.
