And gave him commands and the operator would not comply with the officer. The suspect referred to his waist band and the officer fired hitting the suspect in the chest. Now, the suspect was taken to penn presbyterian in critical condition. And his name is not released but they plan to charge him with the carjacking and the robbery of the deli sometime today.
