Houston news: Sugar Land police said Charvas Thompson was arrested in Shreveport, Louisiana in the death of Wendy Duan who was a teacher at Boone Elementary.
In Bexar County, members of the Sextortion Unit, Child Exploitation Unit (CEU), and the Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested Arturo Angel Contreras Santos on October 19 on two counts of possession of child pornography.
