Tony, it is a very troubling report, it was issued by the Inspector General of the veterans administration, it is just the preliminary report, but the Inspector General found, in fact, systemic delays in treatment for veterans, and at the phoenix hospital, which has been the center of this, in fact, 1700 veterans who needed care, were not even on the official waiting list after they had asked for appointments.
