Prairie Burn 100 Gravel Bike Ride Announced for June 10, 2023 with New 5K Fun Run

GRINNELL, IOWA (April 28, 2023) As the beautiful spring season begins, gravel riders in and around the Grinnell community have excitedly resumed their weekly gravel rides in preparation of the annual Prairie Burn 100 gravel bike ride and 5K fun-run fundraiser on Saturday, June 10, 2023, in Grinnell, Iowa.

The MIYUMI Project, a band fusing jazz and Japanese music, brought an intuitive, improvisational conclusion to Jeremy Chen’s “Device, Tools, Objects and Props” solo exhibition on April 8. Graduating GWSS majors explore 'bad feminists' in Sex Wars debate – The Scarlet & Black

Graduating gender, women’s, and sexuality studies (GWSS) majors hosted a Sex Wars debate on Thursday, March 9 at the Grinnell College Museum of Art. During the event, GWSS fourth years replicated contentious feminist debates about sex and pornography that occurred during the 1970s and 80s. The debate allowed the GWSS majors to occupy the voices.
