Was going westbound this morning. now you can see behind me, there are barricades set up, flashing lights, all kind of alerts for a driver to know that they are not to enter that lane which does. it is a center lane. a raised portion of the highway a raised portion of the highway. and it does change over depending on the time of the day, but these are here to allow a driver to know they are not to enter. they believe that he would have gone on the other side of the road here in order to get on and just before 3 a.
