Breaking news in the north bay, an off Duty Police Officer has shot and killed a person. Several officers are investigating. The off duty officer involved works for the Richmond Police department. The shooting happened at a gas station at fairgrounds drive. The person who was shot died at the scene. Youre about to hear r parts of radio conversations between dispatchers and vallejo officers moments after the shooting. Theres going to be a gunshot victim.
